AURA Moodboard – Privacy Policy

AURA Moodboard is a personal, non-commercial desktop application used only by its developer to create and organize moodboards. This page explains what the app does with data.

What the app accesses

If the developer chooses to connect Pinterest, the app uses the official Pinterest API with read-only permissions (boards:read, pins:read) to import the boards and pins of the developer's own account into a local image library on his computer.

Where data is stored

All data (images, board names, links and access tokens) is stored only on the developer's computer. Access tokens are stored encrypted. No data is sent to any server operated by the developer, and nothing is shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising, profiling or analytics.

What the app never does

• It never posts, edits or deletes content on Pinterest.
• It never reads data of other Pinterest users.
• It is not offered to the public and has no user accounts.

Revoking access

The connection can be revoked at any time from Pinterest (Settings → Apps) or by disconnecting inside the app, which deletes the stored credentials from the computer.
